Our design team can bring life to your property with one of their signature firepits, patios or walkways. Choose between a wide selection of stone, rock, brick, or pavers. We ensure proper materials & techniques are used during installation to eliminate the possibility of damage during winter.
Irrigation Services
We offer new sprinkler installation, maintenance & repair, Winterizations, Spring Turn ons, & Annual backflow testing. We specialize in lawn sprinkler systems, collaborating with our clients & distributors, to best express their unique & personal vision for their property while designing a system that meets their budget.

Water Features
Our irrigation team can provide solutions for a variety of outdoor water features. From ponds, fountains or waterfalls to sprinkler systems, well systems & pumps they can do it all. They are experienced with both PVC & poly pipe. We can install, repair or maintain your system the correct way, not just another "bandaid" or temporary fix.
Drainage
We can identify, fix & prevent any standing water issues, from french drains to pop ups, to basins/channels to swells & dry wells, we can effectively direct any unwanted water to a safer place. This is the #1 area homeowners waste money in. Most typical landscape companies don't fully understand degree of slope, proper techniques or material & so their work fails in a few short years, instead of lasting 15+ as it should.
Outdoor Lighting
We can light up your property, accent that showpiece, or shed some light on a walkway with one of our lighting designs; your choice of clear or color lighting.
Erosion Issues & Retaining Walls
We can identify, correct & prevent erosion issues. One option is a retaining wall, with 4 different choices of material to choose from, stone, timber or wood, interlocking block & concrete.
Rock Installation
We have a wide variety of rock, gravel, pebbles, cobbles & stone to choose from. We can design it, deliver it & spread it, in landscape beds, as a rock garden, walkway or pathway, as a border for your landscape bed or a strategically placed boulder as a focal centerpiece in your landscape.
Grading & Dirt Work
Grading & sloping of property, with machine &/or by hand. Eliminate high spots, dips, bumps, low spots or areas of standing water on your property.
Sod Installation or Seeding/Straw
If your lawn is lacking grass we offer sod installation & seeding/straw. Water is critical for the growth & health, too much is just as damaging as too little. Before leaving your property an associate will provide you with an ideal watering schedule to promote a healthy, green, lush lawn.
Aerating & Over Seeding, Dethatching & Fertilizing
Fall is our preferred time of year to aerate. We offer a limited number of spots for our aerating service so book yours today.
We also suggest dethatching be done in the Fall as well, although it can be done in the Spring.
Fertilization can be done Spring or Fall as well, but Fall is the better, more critical time for a high nitrogen fertilizer to be applied.
Overseeding is optional.
Fall & Spring Clean Up
Entire property is cleaned up; sticks, trash & debris is removed, plants that need it are cut back, weeds are removed from beds & leaves are blown out of beds.
Leaf Removal
Leaves are blown & collected in a pile then either bagged and left for collection or hauled off.
Bed Clean Up
Landscape beds are cleaned (weeds removed, leaves blown out, trash & sticks picked up) out & prepped for mulch installation.
Mulching & Bed Edging
Mulching of landscape, flower or garden beds, with various types of mulch to choose from, depending on the application. A clean, natural, bed edge, done by hand or a nice stone, rock or timber border to keep the mulch in the bed & separate landscape from lawn. Don't forget the pre emergent for weed control! Installation of weed fabric is additional.
Shrub & Tree Trimming, Pruning or Shaping
Pruning is done strategically, by hand when needed, ie. diseased, dead, etc. & is done typically for health.
Trimming is typically done with trimmers, 1-2 times a year, for shape.
Topiary, the clipping of shrubs or trees into ornamental shapes, is dependent upon the type of shrub or tree.

Tree Removal & Stump Grinding
Removal, cutting up &/or hauling off of a standing or fallen tree with the option of having the stump removed.
Fence Line Clearing
The removal &/or trimming of any unwanted trees, shrubs, hedges, weeds, plants, vines or debris along a fence line or row.
Gutter Cleaning
The cleaning of leaves & debris from clogged gutters & downspouts.
Snow Removal
Removal of snow & ice from driveways, sidewalks, porches & patios with or without salt.
Seasonal Decorating
Installation & take down of pre-owned or rental holiday decorations & lights.
Trash/Debris Hauling
Removal of any unwanted trash, debris or yard waste from your property.
Weeding
Removal of any unwanted weeds by hand or with chemicals.
Flower Bed Planting
Planting of annual flowers in a landscape bed, planter box, hanging basket or decorative pot.
